The Irrigon Marina Park, located at the end of NE Tenth St. along the river, is a beautiful, family oriented park that offers boating from the public access boat ramp, Marina facilities, picnic, fishing and playground activities in a tranquil, scenic riverside setting. It is the site of the annual Irrigon Watermelon Festival, One Plug Derby fishing tournament and co-host to summer time Music in The Park performances.

This scenic campground hosts many outdoor activities. The grounds overlook the beautiful Willow Creek Lake. Willow Creek RV Park is open March thru October, 23 hookups are available including 9 full hookups. The guest favorite activities include swimming, boating, fishing, hiking and much more.

Morrow County OHV Park
The park has approximately 9000 acres in Morrow and Grant Counties and is adjacent to Highway 207 (Heppner/Spray Highway) and the West End (Sunflower) ATV riding area. The RV Park is open and has RV sites (dry, partial, full hook-up), tent spaces, and cabins available for rent. The park has a trail system that allows for various skill levels of riding. There is small stocked fishing ponds, hiking trail, golf driving range, and viewpoints located within the park.

Cutsforth Park on Willow Creek
Overlooking the Willow Creek Reservoir, less than three miles from Heppner, sits the reservoir campground maintained by the local park district. Camping facilities available. Located 22 miles southeast of Heppner on Willow Creek Road also known as “Blue Mountain Scenic By- Way. Orville Cutsforth donated the land for this park. The park has full, partial RV hookups as well as tent sites, restrooms with showers, stocked fishing pond, horseshoe pits, day use area for picnics and family reunions a gazebo, and Darcy Coil 4-H Building, and a playground for the kids. Horse pens are available to rent. Trails are adjacent on the Umatilla National Forest for trail rides. This park is also a winter staging for snowmobilers.
Anson Wright Park
is 26 miles southwest of Heppner on Highway 207. In 1967 the Wright Family donated the land as a memorial to Anson Wright. This park has full and partial RV hook-ups as well as tent sites restrooms with showers, stocked fishing pond, horseshoe pits, day use area for picnics and family reunions and a playground for the kids.
Bull Prairie Lake Campground
If you’re looking for a great recreational experience and want some relaxation by a lake, Bull Prairie is the place to go. Bull Prairier Lake Campground offers fishing and camping facilities. A Forest Service managed park, Bull Prairie is 32 miles south of Heppner on Highway 207. The campground has 26 units each containing a parking pad, table, and fireplace. Water is available, but there are no electrical hook-ups. There is a $4.00 overnight fee per unit. There is a boat launching area (no motors allowed), large picnic grounds and a trailer dump station (no hook-up) that carries a $2.00 charge. Forest Service: 541-676-9187.
Penland Lake Campground
Eight miles south of Cutsforth Park is Lake Penland. Enjoy some peace and quiet at Pendland Lake while trout fishing from your boat or the bank.Managed by the Forest Service. Facilities at the lake include developed picnic grounds, boat launching area, and a large parking lot where limited overnight parking is allowed. There are no hook-ups and no water available. Small electric motors are permitted on the lake.
Morrow-Grant Off Highway Vehicle Park
This park is located 35 miles south of Heppner on Highway 207. The 8,125 acre parcel has cabins, partial RV hookups, dry sites, tent areas, and large group sites. Sites are equipped with outdoor fire rings, picnic tables and a garbage can. The park offers ATV trails, camping, hiking areas, horseshoe pits, 4x4 rock crawl, fishing, fantastic scenery, wildlife, all of which makes this a “Premier Destination Park”. Snowmobilers and cross country skiers will enjoy this spot in the winter time. There is NO charge for day riding.
